Well, since all I did was change the settings on some SELinux booleans, you could do it directly with setsebool. (getsebool -a will give you a list of the booleans.) It looks like I have allow_httpd_anon_mod_auth_pam allow_httpd_mallow_httpd_sys_script_anon_write httpd_builtin_scripting httpd_can_network_connect httpd_can_network_connect_db httpd_can_network_relay httpd_disable_trans httpd_enable_cgi httpd_enable_homedirs httpd_ssi_exec httpd_suexec_disable_trans httpd_tty_comm httpd_unified ass set to "on" for that machine, but I don't recall at the moment whether that all had to do with BackupPC.
