Hi people, i have this.

HP Surestore Ultrium 230
Adaptec 29160 Chip PCI
FreeBSD 5.4-p10
Bacula 1.38.5 Server

  The SCSI card has one external connector LVD, the  Surestore has the same Input them  my cable is one HP C5741A wich support:

   I setup my bacula-sd.conf like this:

Them i start my test with btape wich say that everything was nice and candy, them i use the fill command and start the problems:

Them i use another new tape and start the test following the bacula tape test process, and again the fill test fail:

Again my Cleaner. The problem right now is that my Tape Device dosent accept any tape, if i try to insert some tape:
1;Didnt insert automatically the tape.
2;If i push the tape, dosent do nothing, i need to press the Eject button to get the tape back, feels like the sensor is damage or dont want to work.
3;I reset the device but still any answer.

I need to get this device again online, someone knows a  way to fix this problem...? I think i need to download the Tools software that HP give to you to check what is wrong with my device.

Any tips will be apreciated. Thanks all for your time :-(!!!
