Typically,
- failing drive,
- saturated network,
- broken name resolution.
If it only happens when bacula is running, I'd first run `iostat -dmx 5 5` and see if the drive where "File1" is located is clocking high wait time and near-100% utilization.

If yes, throw it away and replace with a TLER ("NAS") HDD.
