   Gurami Bakar

   Bahan:

   1 ekor (400-500 g) ikan gurami segar/hidup

   1 sdm air jeruk nipis

   1 sdm margarin, lelehkan

   1 sdm kecap manis


   Bumbu, haluskan:

   2 siung bawang putih

   2 butir bawang merah

   2 buah cabai merah

   1/2 cm jahe

   1/4 sdt merica butiran

   1/2 sdt terasi goreng

   1 sdt garam


   Pelengkap:

   Lalap sayuran segar

   Jeruk limau


   Cara membuat:

   ?  Siangi ikan gurami, buang isi perut dan sisiknya. Sayat membujur
   salah satu sisi badannya. Bentangkan hingga sayatan dagingnya terbuka
   lebar. Kerat-kerat sisi badan lainnya. Perciki air jeruk nipis. Diamkan
   selama 30 menit.
   ?  Campur margarin, minyak, dan bumbu halus hingga rata.
   ?  Olesi kedua sisi badan ikan dengan bumbu hingga rata.
   ?  Bakar di atas bara api arang hingga ke dua sisinya matang, sambil
   olesi dengan bumbu hingga meresap. Angkat.
   ?  Perciki air jeruk limau. Sajikan dengan lalap sayuran.
