Pak Arief,
Saya salah satu peserta asuransi Takaful, tapi terus terang saya nggak tau
pasti mengenai klaimnya (tau hanya berdasarkan cerita beberapa teman dan
dari orang Takaful sendiri). Apakah Bapak pernah klaim? Bagaimana prosesnya?
Dipersulit atau tidak? Mohon diceritakan pengalaman Bapak (jika pernah
klaim). Makasih banyak.
