well, as far as I understand, there is a definite sequence for
translating the stuffs
to begin with, you will have to translate the gnome gloassary - which
standadises the stuffs
that is quite long, and needs to be broken up, and distributed
Taneem, Kaushik and all, start looking out for volunteers - i'll post in
the Linux Kolkata list for volunteers

desktop did not need po files
the menus and the icons use a different scheme
also, if possible, we may try to get together with a Bangla GNU/Linux
Localisation conference early next year.
