Hi you all..
Here is some new idea about the food :) i asked one place that sell chicken
rice ( kao man kai ) as in thai..and the guy said he can bring chicken rice
there and serve us. He gave us 200 plates for 8,000 baht which is about 40
baht per dish and that includes transportation already.I think it sounds better
than food in a foam box which turns cold and taste not good after you leave it
for awhile.I suggested we should have another choice of food as well which can
be BBQ pork on rice ( kao moo dang ) and it will be same price.

Since we have 400 people i think let's do chicken rice 200 and BBQ pork rice
another 200.It is cheap and people get hot food too. This is just another
suggestion to be considered.Tell me what you all think ,can tell Ben as well.If
you think that sounds good i can contact these vendors for you guys.By the way
we probably need to provide ourselves something to drink cause they will not
prepare that for us.
