Just an update on food. Basically we got two vendors lined up for two
different dishes, chicken rice & bbq pork over rice, that will charge 40 THB
per person. We need to pay them up front, however, so need a sponsor to
cover these costs. We could choose to charge people for food and collect
money as they come but someone has to take on that role and we still have to
pay the vendors in advance so the collected money would not go to them. Also
need to separately figure out drinks.

400 x 40 = 16,000 THB for our food budget. This will need to be adjusted
when we have a more accurate idea of how many our coming. I think we're up
to 300 registrations already.
