I think for vegetarian choice we can find some food in a box but let me think of that.We might have few pieces of sandwiches and pastries in there for that.Do you think when we can get the final estimate number of people that will attend the barcamp? I'm sure they can handle more as well as they will charge us more.If they bring more foods but then less people show up we still have to pay them ,then can we handle that? i will need to know roughly about how many extra that we looking for.
