is there any way we can use the party budget from yahoo for other things? seems silly to spend that much on an *after party* if we're struggling to come up with enough money to make the actual event happen.
for the party we could just announce a meeting place and make it more of a get-something-to-eat-beforehand-and-pay-for-your-own-drinks kinda thing, i'm sure people wouldn't mind?
