Ok, so from what I am reading, I need to connect the secondary servers
to the primary servers postresql server. What all databases do I need to
connect to the remote db? Also, I think I remember someone stating that
memcache needing to be linked as well. Any info on that? Grr, there is
literally no good information available on doing a multi node setup.
Obviously just adding a scanning node in the gui isn't enough from what
I have seen. Is there any solid info on this?

Releasing can only take place on the physical server that has the
email files. Unless you are using >an NFS mount across all servers.
