[Baruwa] Scanner won't initialize

In my 1.1 set up I ran baruwa-admin initconfig and got a message the 
scanner was initialized, yet via the gui I get a message to initialize 
the scanner again. When I select "Initialize" , I get conflicting 
messages: One says its initialized and another message under it says to 
initialize the scanner??

Scanner works fine otherwise.
