You are reading the documentation for the 2.5 release. This is released next week. The examples has not been added to the web site yet. The examples are included in the 2.5 beta download (source package). You will have to compile it yourself. Just typing 'ant' in the root directory should compile everything you need. The examples can then be found in the /examples subdirectory. Sorry for the inconvenience.
