It says "The client API can be downloaded with example code from the BASE developer website. The package contains all external JAR files you need..." but I'm unsure exactly where to find this API containing JAR files. The source .tar.gz contains no JAR files, and while base-2.4.6.tar.gz does, I suppose it's too old for me to be able to use the new webservices.
