Likewise, I too save rather frequently. Additionally, exactly how much
benefit is it? Most vCard apps would, I suspect, have some sort of
quasi-proprietary way of storing the collection of vCards - maybe a
DBM database, maybe a linked list dumped directly to file,
whatver. Changing the BBDB to vCards takes a single step per record
out of the process of syncing data with someone else, which is more a
programmer's convenience than anything else.

Doesn't gel particularly well with your comments last week about using
one set of lisp commands over another in the interests of speed,
either ;)
