I guess we have no shortage in such examples requiring something like `;' instead of `,'. Besides AKAs / names, we may also have organization: HAL, Inc.; Smith, Miller & Davis; Company 17 Yet worse mail: [email protected]; "Smith, John" <[email protected]>; [email protected] The question remains: what are useful defaults for bbdb-separator-alist? I expect that most users don't worry about such more rare cases. Having consistent defaults provided by bbdb-separator-alist should help most users.
