I have searched everywhere, but cannot find what I need to complete this task. I have a large file in a foreign language, each word separated by a newline. I need to bounce this file off several hundred other files to show the frequency of each word and what file it is in. I tried using a grep pattern, but it will only return each line (or paragraph) that the word was in--I need better resolution than this. Can BBEdit do this or do I need another tool?
