Then Casey's suggestion will work for you with just one tiny
modification.
use Env [EMAIL PROTECTED];
print "$_\n" foreach @FOO;

This is still recommended. ^_^
And it would be great if you could arrange for your mail/news
reader to "quote" the text of the original message rather than
