I showed quarter horses for 11 years. I started with a palomino mare named Skip-N-Jewel and after a few years switched to another palomino mare named Skips Cashette, the winningest palomino ever! Both mares were technically owned by my parents, but I own a black gelding (also a quarter horse) that lives in Oklahoma.
