In case it helps track things down, here is my install experience. I am running Vista Business and always install in Program Files. I have never had a problem with unzip failures during install. Before I install a new beta (say ibeta), I rename the existing "c:\program files\j602" folder to say "c:\program files\j602h". Once I'm happy that the new beta is working fine, I then delete the j602h folder and all its contents.
