Yes and No. :) In 7.8 it depends on how you have the setting [_] List compilation albums under each artist [x] Group compilation albums together If you set 'List compilation albums under each artist', then the album artist for the compilation does appear under Artists. If you set 'Group compilation albums together', then a contributor who has only compilation albums does not appear in the artist list. But the album(s) can be found under 'Various Artists'. I think we've discussed this a number of times in the past, but this behavior makes no sense to me. What that setting _actually_ does is suppresses track-only artists from the artist list when set to 'Group compilations' (and why I've always thought the wording and description should be changed). If I explicitly give an ALBUMARTIST tag to a compilation, I would expect to be able to browse to that artist no matter what the settings. Whether or not that behavior is changed (er, -fixed-), in 7.9 there is still the bug. When one artist list is used, the behavior is the same as in 7.8, and depends on the group compilation setting.
