Legend of the Five Rings is set in a fantasy Japanese/Chinese hybrid
setting, so it may scratch your itch.  When Wizards owned the L5R
license during D&D 3rd ed, they put out a bastardized version of it as
Oriental Adventures, but the first and 3rd editions of the real L5R
RPG are really where it's at
