I saw that on the internet and also on TV two weekends ago when I was on vacation. It is scary to think that a jury may look at this case and say it was OK for the driver to slam on the brakes and injure the bicyclists because they had it coming. Hopefully the prosecution is able to make their case and put this guy in jail.
