I have found all the rain products from Endura to be fabulous, whether
you get the rain pants, the rain tights or the light weight ones, they
are the best I have used.  Figures, since the company is based in
Scotland.
Chain Reaction Cycles has them all in, and I have ordered from them
many times. www.chainreactioncycles.com.
As a way of background, I am a bicycle  commuter, ride over 15k miles
a year, and live in Northern California, so while I am not as familiar
with rain as those souls living in Portland and Seattle, I do have
some familiarity.
