If your seller is telling you that 45mm is the max stack h of a hs that the
fork threading will accomodate, you should not have a problem finding a hs
that will work from low ball and functional Tange Passage  > C King; the
crown race is "probably" 26.4mm, if it is knot, make it so with the
appropriate tool
