JIS cup ID is 30.0mm, not 30.2mm.

I've never seen a frame built in Italy since the early 70's that had a
crown race other than 26.4mm. 27mm is the JIS crown dimension.
ISO, Italian and BSC are fully compatible, and fully incompatible with
JIS.
I don't know where Faggin frames were made. So unless you can find
out, you'll need to wait until you see it.
