Never heard of them but never searched for an alternate source either. I'm
cynical but I'd dispute it with the CC company now. You can always cancel
the dispute if the tires show up.

Reputable on-line vendors automatically send you an order confirmation,
sometimes within moments of placing the order. When it ships, you are
automatically notified of when, how, & a tracking number (that works).

FWIW, I use a separate CC for all on-line orders, & keep an extremely low
limit on that one. If it's ever compromised, the thieves can't get much.

Subject: {BL} Anyone have any dealings with everybicycletire.com?

I'm starting to think they're a fraudulent company, or at least an inept
one.

I went to Schwalbe to order some Marathon Plus tires for my wife's bike.
(She hates getting flats). They were out of the size I needed, so, instead
of checking with Peter White -- since I usually think of him in relation to
lighting, my mistake -- I Googled the size tire I needed and came up with
everybicycletire.com.

I ordered the tires on November 20. In early December, I called them, and
they said they shipped on December 2, but the tracking number they gave me
was not a valid tracking number. I just sent an email to their customer
service, and the response I got was

"My name is Dawn, and Im new here at everybicycletire.com. I just wanted to
let you know that I''m looking into your order, and as soon as I can get
some information, I will most definately let you know. Thank you."

Something tells me it's time to file a disputed charge claim with my credit
card company, but I've found only one other complaint about them on the
internet. Are they just inept, and I should continue to press them, or
should I go straight to the credit card company. I mean, shipping
information is not the type of thing you have to dig around for in this
computer age.

Has anyone ever ordered tires from them and received them?

Sheesh.
