I ordered from them once - from a link on E-bay no less. I was contacted
about 2 days after the order and was informed that the tire I wanted wasn't
available due to some shipping issue on their end. They offered to either
refund my money, or give me an identical tire, but with a different color.
Since the color offered matched my bike anyway, I took those.

It was a few days later, I wasn't jonesing for the tires so I didn't keep
super close track, but I got my tires, and they threw in a half a dozen
tubes as a "Sorry we didn't have what you wanted in stock and you had to
settle for these" consolation gift. Needless to say, I'd use them again.
