We passed the Report a Problem concerns onto Dane County. It reports
were not ignored.

I'll take my chances with the occasional hostile motorists, as the icy,
trashy bike lanes are unrideable at present.
Full-time motorists are nothing but a pack of cowards, anyway.

Subject: [Bikies] Fish Hatchery road

Here's a story about area man (and bikies subscriber) Doug Adler who
tried to get some action about a messy section of this road:
http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/local/wonder/sos/437304

* he complains to the the city of Madison, but they ignore him because
its not their jurisdiction. And apparently, uninterested in passing
along the complaint to the appropriate authority.

* Dane County responds:
"county crews have been more focused on clearing and removing snow from
major vehicle routes."

Fish Hatchery is *not* a major vehicle route? Huh?

* once again, bikers get screwed: either take your chances in the
unplowed 'bike lane', or take your chances with hostile motorists.
