I don't know if it was motorised, and haven't seen it this year, but last year I would somewhat regularly see on East Main and vicinity a woman piloting an enclosed cycle (probably tricycle rather than bicycle, but haven't seen recently enough to trust my recollection of it) that had some superficial resemblance to the vehicle being discussed here, but not as big.
