Thanks, Bob. Great point. Groups are leaving in waves between 8-9 a.m. so that 
all the kids aren't heading out in one big clump. You are right; it will not be 
a 4 hour commitment. However, we usually do take a couple breaks along the way, 
including the bait shop for ice cream...so definitely longer than 90 minutes.

I'm not
available to do this during the workday, so am not offering, but I wonder
if the estimated time of four hours might deter some potential
volunteers.  This can reasonably be done in an hour, allow maybe 90
minutes because they're kids.  There must be something else involved
for this to be a four hour activity.
