We allocate /29s to the (thousands of) networks in question. 1 for broadcast, 1 for network and 1 for the router is bad enough (37.5% overhead). Losing another 2 is ridiculous, as "overhead" IPs would exceed utilisable IPs. -- Alex Bligh
