Objectworld (http://www.objectworld.com/products/caoffice/benefits.php) is a good example of Unified Messaging solution: they have integration of different users using Windows Server Active Directory for their email, SIP accounts, faxes, IVR, voice mail, etc - all changed from Windows Server admin screen.
