Hi Tim,

It's not exactly what you asked, but have you thought about going with a
lower bandwidth codec? A lot of providers will give you the ability to use
g729, and at $10/channel, it's not prohibitively expensive. Even with
overhead, that 800kbps upstream could handle 20 channels and still leave
room for standard internet activities.
