Definitely on that.  We use the APC in-row cooling at 151 Front.

What you've not factored in is power and cooling.

A typical 1U server consumes ~800 watts (this obviously varies a lot
depending on number of disks, CPU etc.)

A 30amp 110 circuit provides about 3000 watts; so conservatively that is
enough for about 3-4 servers.

And if you loaded up a 42U rack with 1U servers, cooling would be
off-the charts. You can actually buy special racks with built in water
cooling for those kinds of rack densities.
