[blackbelly] Ewe's rejecting lambs

Hi all,  you have probably answered this question a hundred times, but once 
more please.  If a Ewe rejects her lamb, is this hereditary, (other lambing 
times) and will she do it again, and again, and again?  I understand that 
sometimes they reject because there is something wrong with the 
lamb.......but, are there other times ewe's just don't want one of the 
twins.  Is this something that could be passed from mother to 
daughter.......or just this particular ewe at this particular time?  Thanks
