hello everyone, i am a veterinary tech. from texas, i
own and raise barbadoes, this is what i do when i have
diarrhea. number one anytime you worm you will almost
always have some with diarrhea, dont worm anymore, you
are just irritating the bowel. if the diarrhea dosent
correct it self in about 3 days post worming, then try
this. go to the vet or feed store and by scour halt
for pigs. it is a red liquid. give abot 10 cc orally
and then put some in the water, pen them seperate if
you can. take them off of all grain and give them only
dry hay ( not alfalfa) its to rich. when the diarrhea
is gone you can slowly start them back on grain. you
can give them the scour halt orally every day if you
want to catch them, i opt to just put it the water. i
hope this helps you all. let me know if you have any
other questions.
