Susan, I had my matron ewe went off her feed and started to scour. I isolated her. She was given Benebac (microbes for her gut) and "Pro CMC" by Absorbine. The "Pro CMC" is basically Pepto-Bismol for horses. But it contains calcium that helps relieve diarrhea. In nearly four years of raising these sheep, this is the first one to show any signs of sickness. I have never medicated or dewormed any of them.
