I suppose this is possible in theory, but remember that this external app
would have to be passed _a ton_ of information by blackbox.  Think about
all the menus blackbox has.  Unlike bbkeys, blackbox would hardly be
functional if you did not have this program.

Also, how would this solve the problem?  This new program would be an
essential part of the window manager, so the issue with key bindings would
still stand.  Plus, its yet another application that has to be run, with
all its own overhead.
