Actually I thought I could just adapt to a new keyboard shortcut but I
really haven't found one that works. They're all taken by various
applications already! I tried to use Spotlight's old shortcut but I
remembered quickly why I moved Spotlight away from that – I use that
shortcut in Photoshop many times a day and it would always open
Spotlight (and now QS).

Best solution would be if the issue got fixed. Can't come soon enough!
You don't realize how dependent you are on QS until you don't have it.
