I don't think it's either of those things: the Contacts plug-in has never been enabled, and I have no aliases to network files. It might not be related to scanning the catalogue: I've tried setting it to scan only once a day, but I've still experienced the unresponsiveness more than once during the day. May I ask: if I manage to catch it unresponsive again in time to Force Quit, is there any log generated that could potentially be useful in figuring out what's going on? I would really like to get to the bottom of it, it's very upsetting to my work habits! Thanks, Lloyd -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quicksilver" group.
