The new-xsl branch don't contains the book XML files. Yes, if this new Index
is implemented we will need to create a branch on each project book to make
the XML changes and do a full merge when ready (a lot of work for me).

I'm making now a POC with only Bash, Bzip2, and Ncurses and using the upstream
Index code to can have a global idea about how it works and what need be
hacked.
