With all optional dependencies enabled the total is 205 packages :-0 Actually almost all of them are to build Gnome-Python and Gnome-Python-Desktop modules. The other modules have few dependencies. But due that all modules are in the same page, blfs-tool generates the full tree incuded when the user only need PyXML or Pycairo.
