Thanks, Bruce.

That was exactly what I failed to explain: there is choice either
including or excluding items in book's instruction.

Another point that I like: the inclusion, anywhere in the page, of
anything considered as recommended, this inclusion depends not only on
strict rules, but also on the editor's judgement. And the user can do
differently adding or subtracting.

I kept thinking about this post for several days, then started reading
other related posts, and searching the book and my archive. There are
many places where the instructions, text, etc, were included only
because the editor wanted. Several are customizations.

Searching a little more, I discovered simple and nice customizations
introduced by many editors: Bruce, Andy and Armin... It comes from
several years. This is the way that the editors wanted and want the book
to be. Further research surprised me: apparently all editors (possible
exception to Ragnar) have edited at least one of these customized pages,
so, implicitly agreed with them: Andy, Armin, Bruce, Fernando, Igor,
Ken, Pierre, Randy...

Please, find attached a list of packages, customizations, author.

Another point is that the large majority of editors/devs/contributors
have never been against, on the contrary even encouraged (two come to my
mind).

Therefore, two reverted modifications I did, I am redoing, this time
based on documented precedents. I am doing nothing new or absurd. So
sorry if I disappoint someone.

It is not fair that only for me, Fernando, these customization
instructions be denied to be included in the book.

Pierre, thanks for explicitly writing your opinion, that I much
appraise. It is in respect for you, the only one who gave an opinion
against, that I changed the modifications with respect to what I had
done before, delayed the commit to be done only after I had documented
my points. Now it it more than my humble opinion. I hope I am offering
you a different perspective, less rigid than what we are used to, in
Physics, yet, based in facts.

Randy, I did the modifications you wanted, and I hope you understand
that I may have misunderstood and they were not what you were referring
to. As Armin has included many customizations and commented that your
post was perfectly valid, I understand now that you were referring only
to the dependencies. So, thanks for correcting me.

Thanks.
