Kimsan, this sounds what I must have accidentally done the first time. My only problem is now, how do I get to context menu after I have done the tab thing which I can do okay? I am sorry to ask such a basic question, but I really have not used the context menu before much. Very sorry. Thanks very much to all of you for all of your help. Means the world... Liuda

Instead of pressing enter, I brought up the context menu and clicked on create shortcut. I went to the desktop and there it was. If I am not talking about the right thing, I will go back to watching NFL football, even though I hate football. lol. I always had this on my desktop, but it is no longer there for some reason and I cannot figure out a way to put it back there again. I cannot send the shortcut to the desktop from either the file menu or applications menu, the latter which I always was able to do. I can locate User Accounts in the Search Box and hear it clearly, but does anybody have any idea how I can again make a desktop shortcut for it? Where must I find User Accounts specifically in order to be able to do this again? Thanks very much for your help.
