Hi, Well, using Windows XP pro and Jaws 14.x and on the System tray, there is a button that says, Waiting for index services. When I use the applications key and search around in the varius options there, I find out that with the use of the Jaws key that Indexing services is not running. Any suggestions on how to get it running again, I can't seem to do a Windows search of my computer nor can I search my MS outlook addressbook with this service shut off.
