Hi Lee, I actually went to Milton Caterpillar and bought all new grade 8 Bolts, washers, and self locking nuts. You are absolutely correct about most bolts just being long enough. Every one except the u bolts. I think i got pretty lucky when it came to the wiring harness. most of the wiring lume was really clean, and the wires of coarse looked even better.
