Hi Howard, yes, I bought that thing long ago and it's in a drore out in the shop. I had the same problem with mine. I just gave up and started using the old wooden fold measures, and the metal ones with the little screw tighten down things on them. If I am copying something I just lay my board up next to it, and cut a notch with a coping saw before carrying it over to the power saw. Not the greatest, so I will look forward to hearing from others, if there is useful adaptive tools out their. It's almost like it is just cheaply attatched wiring at the battery conection inside the thing? Thanks,
