Betsey, as to the " Lazy susans". well we have four such devices in this kitchen and I think they are a great space saver. these units were installed in 1979 and are in good shape. I might have suggested a bit highr lip on the edges but other than that I think they are worth the money. . Yes I'd like new counter tops as well but it is not in my plans as of now.. You could always fly to the Northeast Betsey where the snow is drifting down and the snow plows are trying to keep up.. Lee
