Do you know the name of that other measuring device besides a click ruler? I think it is somewhat similar to a click ruler but I don't know what it is.

So many things I have to center. I've been clampping the click rule to my pieces, and using it to center, and sometimes I have to push the piece back and forth until I am satisfied that it is as close to center as possible.
